Everything you need to know from ‘buongiorno’ to ‘arrivederci’

  • Arrival/departure

    Check-in time: 3 pm - 9 pm / Check-out at 10 am
For arrivals at times other than those indicated, guests are kindly requested to mention this at the time of booking

  • Special check-in instructions

    The resort does not have a reception, so please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside normal check-in hours must contact the resort in advance to receive an access code and check-in instructions. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12.30 am is available at an additional cost.

  • Required at check-in

    A credit or debit card or a cash deposit is required for any incidental charges

Minimum age to check in is 18 years old

  • Children

    Children aged 0-3 stay free when occupying their parent or guardian’s room using existing beds.

The resort does not have lifts.
The resort has a security system and a first aid kit. The resort is cleaned and sanitised by a professional service.
Contactless check-out is available. The resort accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash payments.

  • Mandatory charges

    The following fees must be paid during check-in or check-out. Tourist tax varies between €1,00 and € 3,00, per person, per night. Deposit: 200.00 EUR per booking.

  • Policies

    All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and show their passport or government-issued ID.
